The house fly is a specific breed of fly. They have been hanging out with humans ever since we came into “existence” around two millions years ago. There are of course other flies that can be found in a house. For the most part to eradicate them you should be able to use the same methods I have outlined in my article How to Get Rid of House Flies. When I was younger I had an interesting way of gettin’ rid of flies. I shot them out of my Red Rider BB gun into the window. I am lucky I didn’t break a window.
