We all have pack rats in our family’s. Mine is my grandpa, he has been living in the same two bedroom apartment for 20+ years. And for the last several years he has been sleeping on the couch. Not because it is more comfortable, but because the bedrooms are full of junk. He collects everything: books, boxes, cookie tins, cottage cheese containers, magazines, newspapers and the list goes on. One of the jewels of the junk pile is a VHS tape collection that includes around 20 years of recorded TV. Almost entirely composed of educational documentaries and notable-classic movies. And my Grandpa could tell you everything about them just like reading a book. My grandpa is like a sponge; he retains everything he has ever heard just like he keeps everything he touches.
