I don’t have any health insurance. Not having health insurance means that I don’t have dental insurance. Not having dental insurance means that I have to be quite diligent about getting rid of plaque. That diligence is actually what makes it fairly easy to get rid of plaque. The more time you spend on plaque removal, the easier it becomes. By removing plaque quickly, you don’t give it enough time to harden and turn into tartar (which usually requires removal by a dentist). I’m not saying that by reading this article you won’t ever have to go to the dentist again for a proper cleaning.
