
While writing the article How to Get Rid of Stomach Fat. I couldn’t help but feel a little hypocritical. You see, I have never ever tried to lose weight. I have lost weight but not intentionally. I would lose weight in the summer. Working 6 – 7 days a week can do that to a person. The really amazing thing about it was that I worked in a kitchen. At close proximity to lots of tasty food. I think I just got sick of food, so I didn’t eat much of it. Anyway the other odd thing about writing an article about weight loss is that all the questions have very simple and obvious answers. Eat fewer calories than you burn in a day and you will lose weight. That is the first obvious answer. The second is, the food you consume in a day should be part of a balanced diet.
