Virus is a Latin word used by doctors that means “your guess is as good as mine.” At least they ruled out bacteria, which is kind off easy to get rid of compared to viruses. Unfortunatley viruses are not at all related to bacteria. Unlike bacteria, which replicates on its own while listening to smooth jazz, viruses require a host cell and a bottle of wine to get the job done. While researching for this article I discovered that viruses are destructive little bastards that have killed billions of humans. And that even though we have gotten rid of some of the worst viruses i.e small pox and the Spanish flu. There are some viruses that mutate so quickly we are probably not going to get rid of them for a while. In the end our immune system is our best defense against viruses. So, do things that help your immune system. Reduce stress in your life. Take a break once in a while, and don’t take on so many projects at once. This article gave me a new perspective on Getting Rid of Viruses. Read it and let me know what you think.
