How to Get Rid of a Smoking Addiction
After retirement, my grandpa drove school bus for a few years. And this is a big city with big schools. So, each school has quite a few bus drivers. One of the guys my grandpa drove with was an ex-heroine addict. Not only was he an ex-heroine addict, he was also an ex-smoker. An ex-smoker who swore that his experience with quitting smoking cigarettes was “a hundred times harder than kicking smack.†While I can’t personally attest to the validity of that statement, I have to believe it’s true. Many, and I mean MANY of us have tried to quit smoking on numerous occasions. It’s tough as hell. That’s why I put this little article together. Not only do I have personal experience with kicking a nicotine addiction, I also know a number of people who have quit smoking (my dad included) who I was able to talk to for my article How to Get Rid of a Smoking Addiction.
