Get Rid of HPV

One out of every two sexually active people will contract HPV – the human papillomavirus – in their lifetime. Of course, there are around 100 strains of the virus, and each behaves differently. Yes, there are the obvious cases where genital warts of all flavors emerge (no such thing as penis acne), but most infections are more subtle. In fact, most people who contract HPV will exhibit no symptoms and their bodies will fight the virus into a deep state of dormancy. Then there are potentially deadly strains. HPV 16 and 18 alone are responsible for 70% of all cases of cervical cancer – and a slue of other strains account for nearly all the rest. These HPV strains can also cause other forms of genital cancer, including cancer of the vagina, vulva, penis, and anus. On a lighter note, you can get rid of HPV – or at least its symptoms. Because HPV is  a virus, it replicates in your DNA and could reemerge if your immune system were to be severely weakened; however,  you can help your body get rid of HPV by eating certain foods and avoiding certain behaviors. Get Rid of Bags Under Eyes

Having under eye bags is one of the most unfair cosmetic maladies. Your previous evening may have involved going to church, a friendly game of cribbage, a healthy dinner, and an early bedtime, but people will think otherwise. They will ask, “Are you feeling ok?” with concern in their eyes. Get Rid of Toolbars

A trip home to visit family prompted me to write an article on how to get rid of toolbars. I wanted to check my e-mail, so I turned on my mother’s computer and opened her un-updated IE browser. She didn’t just have one toolbar; the toolbars were so numerous her browser looked like the nearly-closed eye of a wasted stoner. I had to do something before they continued south right into the taskbar. Luckily, it was easy to get rid of each toolbar on her machine. Though mostly useless, they were all from legitimate vendors and so her browser was back to normal – and updated – in under ten minutes. You can uninstall legitimate toolbars; however, it is not so easy to get rid of malicious ones – the kind that allow others to spy on you or infect your computer with malware. Getting rid of toolbars that are actually malware isn’t even always possible without wiping your hard drive and starting again. Read my latest article to get rid of these outdated add-ons, as well as how to avoid installing them in the future.

Get Rid of a Tan

I am a very white person; I’ve never really had a tan to get rid of. My ancestors were either a cave-dwelling or an as-yet-undiscovered subterrenean people. I was quite surprised to learn that people – many people – actually want to get rid of a tan.  If I got one, I’d want to keep it. Oh well – I guess we all have preferences when it comes to how we look. There are few short cuts when getting rid of a tan…well, at least few safe ones. Some people suggest using harsh chemicals, but those same people wouldn’t be able to tell you what those chemicals are doing to your skin at the cellular level. In my article, How to Get Rid of a Tan, I present an altogether conservative approach that takes patience but saves your skin some unnecessary punishment. If you want to get rid of a tan, you’ll need to avoid hazardous shortcuts, cover up when you go outside and, of course, wear sunscreen. There are a few things that can speed up how fast your tan fades, but it still may take a few months. Fake tans – if you just received a bad one – will begin to fade in as little as a week. Read my latest article and become pale, like me.

As on the battlefield, even the toughest, most fearless individuals call out for their mother’s embrace when passing kidney stones. It is said that passing a rough stone is the closest men will come to understanding childbirth. Because of the legendary pain involved, most people who have experienced kidney stones are supremely motivated to prevent them in the future. To prevent kidney stones, it is important to know which of the four different types of kidney stones you’ve developed. Then, with a doctor’s supervision, you’ll need to make lifestyle changes and perhaps take medication. If you need to get rid of kidney stones that are already formed, there is a good chance you’ll just have to force them to the exit; however, when a kidney stone is too large or is lodged in the kidney or urinary tract, it can either be dissolved with medication or a doctor may need to remove it manually. Get Rid of Water Weight

For the last few weeks, I’ve been on a mission to lose weight and reveal the Greek God that lies dormant underneath my flab.  I’ve been eating less and exercising vigorously for at least an hour each day, and to my chagrin, the scale says I’ve gained five pounds. At first I was a bit perplexed, but then I remembered that water weight gain goes hand in hand with the lifestyle changes I have made. To get the scale moving in the other direction, I have to get rid of water weight. Exercise isn’t the only path to water weight gain. Women experience it every month and during pregnancy. A diet lacking essential vitamins and nutrients can also lead to an excess of water weight. Water weight can also be attributed to medication, hypertension, and a slew of lifestyle choices. Luckily, there are many practical ways to get rid of water weight -  for example, drinking plenty of fluids can help stave off the liquid rolls. This may seem contradictory, but for many, staying well hydrated is the only treatment necessary. Read my latest article on how to get rid of water weight through diet, exercise, supplements, and other natural remedies.

Get Rid of Whiteflies

When I was very young, I remember going to old farms that belonged to the family. I loved playing with all the animals and the interesting bugs. I recall running into a large garden, sending a white storm of insects into the air. I laughed and made sure everyone saw what I had accomplished. My uncle Harris didn’t laugh. The sun-burnt creases in his frown spoke of years of fighting vermin and pests to pry a living from the earth. He knew that you don’t play with whiteflies, you get rid of whiteflies. I wish I could go back in time now and really impress Harris – whose opinion I hold dear – by getting rid of those whiteflies employing the green-yet-effective pest control methods I’ve garnered as a gardener. Because playing god is fun, I’d use biological controls to kill whiteflies. I would purchase a barbarian hoard of ladybugs – which are cheap and crop friendly – to devour the them. The whitefly is an extremely tough insect that swiftly adapts to any pesticide regimen. Avoid years of defeat and handwringing by learning about the many safe, effective ways to get rid of whiteflies in my newest article.
