Check out the diet for Rosatia. It is very similar the the diet I must live by: nothing with Tyramine--a natural chemical in foods.

I have tried everything for acne, including dermatologists, medications, face scrubs, etc. Finally, a couple of years ago, I realized that drinking two cups of premium black tea (darjeeling or some earl grey blends with out milk) a day cleared my skin up, minimized my pores and made it look very clear and fresh. Nothing else has worked better.

What I have found that worsens my acne has been refined sugar, coffee, corn syrup, anything fried or with a lot of oil in it and most breads and pastas.

Also boiling water and soaking a cloth in it ans then putting it on the blemish for 5 minutes at a time works too.

For your blemishes I have a rememdy I use to get rid of them
Take a face cleanser and dab some on all or you blemishes and leave it like that over night, (DO NOT PICK! I Repeat DO NOT PICK!)
Wash is off in the morning. You may see the redness and swelling has gone down, then wash your face with a face cleanser and a mousterizer.
Your blemishes may start to feel dry, I reccommend using a a clinical lotion called "Renew" you can use it on your face and anywhere else you insist putting it upon. It's made of tea tree oil which gets rid of pimples, blemishes ect.
I hope this helps.
I normally do this and they'll leave within a week depending on the size.

Hey rimple (rhymes with pimple) Whatever you are be proud of yourself for who you are not what you look like! You know all those models in the magazines? They have their hair and blemishes air brushed off the photo. Except for Paris Hilton of course. You will find that EVERYONE has some stupid little thing that they think everyone is looking at but the TRUTH is... everyone else is worried about if YOU notice thier imperfection.Stand tall..be proud..you are beautiful just the way you are.

This is an interesting dilemma. Are you a male or a female? If you're a teenage boy, well friend, you're going through something called puberty. Eventually those blemishes will turn into pimples, your chin hairs will turn into a beard, and you'll start having embarrassing moments during the day while thinking about members of the same/opposite sex.

Can you give us some more information about yourself before I tell you to see a physician?
