This building is new, but it is for low income / disabled / elderly tenants. The dude next door just couldn't stop smoking and would pour through our vents. We ended up saran-wrapping all the vents in the kitchen. I don't smoke but can smell stale smoke. I believe that the apartments that I am attached to all share the same ventillation system. I have spent a lot of money on plug ins(even the febreeze),carpet freshers, vent clips and still that smell prevails. what can I do!! </p>
