I just know they're excrutiatingly painful and I HATE them!</p> <p>When I get one, I either take a pain med (like lortab) to help reduce some of the pain enough for me to TRY to sleep it off or take a few Ibuprofen if I don't have pain meds and drink a cup of coffee fairly quickly (for the caffeine). After that, it's STRAIGHT to bed with no noise, no light, no nothing.
