Apple cider vinegar (the good kind found in health food sections; I use "Bragg's" brand) has helped my skin a great deal. I use it as a toner (mix with water, 50-50, to keep in a bottle) every night, rinsing off after a couple minutes. If I have a break out, I apply the water-ACV mixture and leave it on overnight. Do it every night until it goes away - which usually only takes a couple nights or so.
