   Homicide..kill a person
   Avicide..kill a bird
   Rodenticide..kill a rodent
   Miticide..kill a mite
   I think we all follow the train of thought here. So a PESTicide is something to kill pests. The LABEL on ANY pesticide has a SIGNAL word 1. DANGER 2. WARNING 3. CAUTION.
   Look on any label on any product in your home you will find this word. It let's you know the LD/50 (lethal dose per 50 in a control group..anyway it's how STRONG it is)of each group.Go look at your Lysol Disinfectant Spray it has a WARNING label.
   DO NOT USE ANY PESTICIDE WITHOUT READING THE LABEL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Got it?
   Now there is a statement on most "restricted use " pesticides and some of the "stronger" items that says and I quote " Do not use this product if you you cannot read this label". I'll let that sink in a while...So DO NOT use pesticides FIRST..only as a last resort and be careful out there!! Who wants to die an early death because you were trying to kill some bug 10 years ago thats dead today anyway from old age.?? End of speech..Move along..

   Hehee..no..I was just thinking of our cricket guy. My mental picture was of him hosing down the house with some "good stuff" just to kill a cricket. Then it rains and it washes into the sewer then to the lakes..next thing you know spiderman is found dead on the street in NYC and godzilla washes ashore dead in Tokyo harbor...maybe I just think to much sometimes.

   Ever heard of a NON-TOXIC pesticide? A pesticide that's so safe you wont die even after accidentally eating it?

   Hey smokers...consider this. In Europe NICOTINE is widley used as a ..yep..pesticide
   for garden insect control. NO you don't take a puff and blow it on the plant. I know someone out there will try it.
